Current explorations on nutrition and health…

A year ago I got hooked on intermittent fasting.  I slimmed down instantly and more importantly, improved some of my vitals – my doctor was particularly impressed.

More recently, I rediscovered the Eat Right for Your Blood Type Diet.

It is controversial and yet, I find there are some great things about it.  More importantly, I have tried it and like eating the foods that it says are best for me.  I happen to be a B positive blood type.  What are you?
